• 出貨規則：同比訂單同時出貨！請注意各張唱片的發行及到貨時間，本店將以訂單湊齊為發貨原則，如有需要優先出貨請分別下單。
• 首購：首購客戶「無法」使用「貨到付款」。本公司為了杜絕惡意下單，請見諒。
• 訂單成立：預購商品付款方式如選擇，網路轉帳：下單後請於「3日內」在IG、Line 或FB附上匯款明細及訂單編號（#XXXX），逾期則取消訂單。
• 商品內容：已廠商實際到貨為準（圖片僅供參考）
• 庫存狀態：實際出貨情況，依照通路發行/出貨為準。
• 進貨週期：預購商品進貨週期為10至35天。每月月底固定進貨（如有更動請關注IG, FB最新消息）
• 訊息通知：所有訊息皆以Email 或 簡訊做通知。
• 訂單取消：若有個人因素需取消訂單，請在下單後隔日18:00前通知客服系統。隔日18:00 過後則無法取消訂單。

• 無七天試用期：消費者保護法指出，影音類型相關產品，無7天試用期，且無故不取貨則會面臨民事訴訟責任。
• 商品疑慮：所有唱片資訊皆為廠商提供，購買前如有疑慮，請先私訊詢問。
• 找不到商品？：沒有您尋找的商品請私訊，大盤商有上百萬張庫存，無法全數上架。請詢問客服。
• 廠商權益：下單後缺貨或價格調整導致價格有誤，本公司將保留修改及取消訂單之權利。

• 各家片場做工及品檢標準不同，不保證商品完美無瑕，介意者請斟酌下單。
• 黑膠商品包裝可能因運輸或其他因素導致邊角有些微磨損。
• 商品皆為大盤商批發，業者無經手唱片製作過程，唱片本身製作上的工藝不在本公司的擔保範圍。

寄送須知及付款選項

• 付款選項：目前只提供711店到店配送寄送須知超商物流週一至週日晚間出貨，並寄送相關資訊至Email。
• 寄送皆使用訂製黑膠運輸盒。（盒重250克）
• 使用超商取貨付款方式配送，若未取貨將構成違法行為，將依刑法355條訴訟及民法184條賠償請求。
